1) Bespoke Kitchens and Timber Windows
We believe that bespoke means that you are involved in the design process from start to finish, ensuring that your new kitchen or sash window is exactly the style, shape, size and type of wood you have dreamed of.
2) Design & Advice
Whether you are looking for a special piece of bespoke furniture for your bathroom, bedroom, kitchen, dining room, living room or even a high-spec slide and tilt sash window, we can help. The complete service includes advice on work surfaces, flooring and the most suitable appliances for the project.
3) Manufacturing, Delivery & Installation
Once a design has been finalised, we will offer you a detailed quotation. Manufacturing and assembly is under our control in our own workshop in Halton, Lancaster by experienced Craftsmen. You would be welcome to visit any time through this process. Delivery and Installation is also a very skilled job and we take the utmost care in everything we do.
How we work
Whatever your requirements, at Out of the Woods, we go to great lengths to ensure that each and every commission is professionally managed to our exceptionally high standards from start to finish. We are committed to all of our customers, providing a personal service from the initial meeting, through the design stages to final delivery. You’ll be involved in the production process throughout and are welcome to see your furniture during manufacture if you so wish. We pay attention to detail throughout all stages of design, manufacture and delivery.
1) Step 1
After your initial enquiry we will contact you to arrange a meeting at your home in the Lancaster or South Cumbria areas or our workshop to discuss your requirements in detail. We will personally visit your home to get a feel for the surroundings within which your furniture, kitchen, bedroom, joinery or new windows will sit. This gives us opportunity to take detailed measurements and design pieces which best complement your home, tastes, and environment. Listening carefully and offering advice where necessary, our aim is to make this an enjoyable process.
2) Step 2
We then put together some design ideas and a quotation. Once you are happy with the design and the quotation, you will be asked to pay a deposit. Your order will then be booked into our workshop diary and you will be advised of a delivery date.
3) Step 3
Where bespoke kitchens, bedrooms or timber windows are required, our team will professionally hand craft every aspect to create truly unique, high quality furniture. We make all our furniture in our Workshop in Halton, Lancaster.
